Our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional market research firms that concentrate on rigorous data collection and management consulting firms that focus on industry expertise and advice. We offer the strengths of both approaches, bringing creativity and insight to a thorough design and analytic process.

Who is collecting the information? The Taylor Research & Consulting Group, Inc., is collecting the information for a research study it has been commissioned to conduct. The Taylor Research & Consulting Group, Inc., which was established in 1987, is an independent market research firm located in Portsmouth, NH. How will the information be used? While the aggregate results of the study will be shared with our clients to aid in product development and the creation of advertising campaigns, no personal identifying information will be shared or released to anyone outside of The Taylor Research & Consulting Group, Inc. What's more, your individual survey responses will not be released to anyone outside The Taylor Research & Consulting Group, Inc.; your responses will only be analyzed in combination with the responses of other survey participants. Further, we guarantee that at no time will you ever be contacted for sales purposes as a result of information you give within the survey. How did you get my telephone number? Your telephone number was generated at random. We start with blocks of working telephone exchanges across the United States, then append random numbers to determine whom we call. How did you get my e-mail address? Your address was either provided by our client or was purchased, along with hundreds or thousands of other addresses, from a licensed research sample provider. If you would prefer not to be contacted again, let us know and we will remove you from all present and future lists. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry; why are you calling me? The National Do Not Call Registry, opened in 2003, allows U.S. consumers to limit the telemarketing calls they receive. The registry does not prevent legitimate market research; we will never attempt to sell you a product or service. Who can I contact if I have questions about the survey? You can contact us by phone, e-mail, or postal mail:
