Hattie Arsenault, Director of Research Operations
Hattie directs The Taylor Group’s internal research operations. She prices and coordinates all of our custom qualitative and quantitative research studies, prepares budgets, and works with project teams throughout the project schedule. Although much of her work involves numbers, her office is likely the most colorful and artistic in the Taylor suite.
Hattie manages new and existing vendor relationships and maintains contracts with vendors and the company’s independent executive interviewers. In addition, she distributes projects among research staff, monitors workloads, and facilitates quality control measures on all projects. She also leads new employee/ongoing staff training and our internal professional development program.
In addition, Hattie is responsible for the day-to-day management of qualitative and quantitative studies, and plays a key management role on our customer satisfaction research projects.
Hattie is a member of the Marketing Research Association and graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in English and a minor in business administration. Before joining Taylor in 2000, she interned at Tracey/Edwards, an advertising company in Manchester, N.H., doing copywriting in its creative department. While at UVM, she was a peer advisor in the business school.
A gifted chef, Hattie occasionally shares her baked goodies (which are quickly scooped up) with her coworkers. She enjoys spending time at the beach and would like to travel the world and own a home in the Caribbean.
