The Taylor Group is pleased to announce that Allison Dillen has joined the company as a senior consultant.
An experienced focus group moderator and senior executive interviewer, Dillen’s work has included groups with technology decision-makers, financial service providers, laboratory product users, home appliance consumers, and retirees. Her recent projects have included concept testing, new product/service receptivity and acceptance, satisfaction and loyalty, and message/communications testing.
Prior to joining Taylor, Dillen worked for Gartner, Inc., for nearly two decades. She was also vice president of Research and Strategy Services for Market-4-Business, a Massachusetts-based market research firm, as well as a research director at London-based Kadence Business Research. Allison earned a B.A. in Business Administration from UMass Lowell and an M.B.A. from Bentley.
