Latest Taylor USTA Findings Profiled in USA Today

Findings from The Taylor Group’s annual research for the United States Tennis Association were in today's USA Today.

Among the findings:
* Tennis participation throughout the United States continued its growth on every measurable level in 2008, with more players (nearly 26.9 million) taking to the court this year than at any time in the past 15 years.
* The percentage of frequent players (more than 21 times per year) rose to 5.6 million in 2008, up 7% from 2007 and 23% from 2003.
* The number of new players grew by 3% to 5.9 million.
* Continuing players (those who have played more than a year) increased 9% to 15.1 million.
