Taylor Granted Contract Extension For Customer Satisfaction Project

The Taylor Group will continue managing a financial-services industry customer satisfaction project for the next 12 months, the company announced today.

Taylor and KPMG have agreed on a contract extension that will continue the work through April of 2011.

The project involves one-on-one interviews with high-level customers of KPMG.

“Customer satisfaction has been at the heart of The Taylor Group’s expertise for the last 20 years,” said Taylor Group Director of Corporate Communications Jason Grucel. “Customer satisfaction measurement is the most important, relationship-building work suppliers do for their clients, and we are thrilled to be involved in this work.”
